Did the telephone "resign up" with BT in January. Got a discount and not had any problems for a couple of years now. I must say I used to hate BT , the customer service being the worst part of their business. Spent 2 days in a row trying to get our business telephone line back. Things are looking much better now.
I had a few calls earlier on in the contract. Not renewed this time round. MIght just not be for our business.
Bit costly fro the return last time, but had 7 decent leads which got us a least 2 long term clients. Just renewed our contract with them for a further 12 months. Managed to get a reduced price this time, hoping for more leads this time.
Just renewed last week. We have had quite a few people calling saying they have found us on Yell but not certain the price was worth the interest generated. We be looking for a better deal in terms of price next year
