Hotel Direct

Prompt, knowledgeable and helpful.

We booked online initially, then the following morning we got a call, all the rooms were taken. The man at hotel direct was great, found us what we wanted, booked it and confirmed by e-mail quickly and efficiently. I said to my wife, "that seemed too easy" Only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that we haven't had our trip yet. Proof of the pudding.... so far, very impressed.
