I bought 2 boxes on a Living Social deal - bars and drinks.Staff were very helpful when I called about nutrition and someone phoned back. But when the product arrived I was disappointed. The bars were disgusting, 'claggy' in the mouth and tasted foul. I even got others to try them to make sure it wasnt just me. They spat them out too. The chocolate drink didnt taste remotely like chocolate, very cardboardy, couldnt drink it. Ive had slim fast before and it was quite pleasant. I got back onto Living Social for a refund but they wouldnt give me one due to me 'only' finding it inedible! Saints and Slimmers claim to have a money back guarantee but this obviously isnt the case when bought through Living Socia, so bewarel. The law says products should be fit for the purpose they were purchased for and in my opinion these products are not. I will persue my refund furthe and will not be recommending the bars and shakes to anyone.I would also say beware of 'deals' bought on Living Social.

As discussed with our Customer Services team, as this was purchased via Living Social we have not taken any money from you for these orders and so can't process a refund. Living Social advise that you have 7 days from purchase to cancel the order, as long as the goods have not been delivered.
Our 28 day Money Back Guarantee is for products purchased directly from our Shop and Subscription Plans. 3rd party discount sites and Bundles are not included in this.
