Do I care !!!

I contacted Wowcher concerning an order which was placed at the end of October but still had not been received in late February despite numerous telephone calls and e-mails. The operator was not particularly helpful or interested and said that she could do nothing without further investigation - where have I heard that before !!!!! She did promise to get back to me though - we shall see !!!
