Very Poor Service
Many other reviews comment on the excellent delivery; my experience was very different. I ordered the stools on Monday and waited in for delivery, as advised, the next day. Nothing arrived, but I managed to rearrange a delivery for later that week, when again I could take time off to receive them. A box duly arrived, heavily taped up and looking like it had previously been opened. That evening, I started unpacking the contents to find white stools inside (I'd ordered black, and the carton said black). I had then to arrange another delivery for a further day to swap them over. So 8 days after ordering, three days of which I stayed home for deliveries, I had my stools. Which are OK. Shame about the incompetent despatch department. It would have been cheaper to drive to Birmingham to collect them myself.

I realise the courier failed to deliver on a free next day service that we offer and for this I apologise. Due to a shipping error, you received white stools instead of the black that you had ordered. Once we were made aware of this we organised a swap for the next day, collecting the white stools and delivering the black as requested.
I understand that this may have caused some inconvenience for you but this incident has been fully investigated and we have altered our procedures accordingly. We are a small, family run business and we always take into consideration customer concerns, meaning that the same mistake never happens twice.
We appreciated your patience during the process of getting your stools to you and we feel our delivery service is now more efficient and effective as a result of the changes that have been put in place.
