Prompt delivery and friendly customer service

We decided to order trophies and medals for our inaugural College badminton tournament. However, our limited budget meant we had to shop around to get the best prices. Trophy Store offered a brilliant selection at good prices; when I rang Customer Services about the order, their response was courteous, friendly and helpful. As we had put in the order a day late, we had not expected to arrive in-time for our competition, but Trophy Store surpassed our expectations and the parcel arrived well packaged and a day earlier (with tracking)
We will be ordering from Trophy Store again for future events; for the record, our order included an award for each person in a pair; so two trophies and four medals (and ribbons - didn't realise these cost extra but worth it in the end). I would particularly recommend the bronze badminton medal as a product - the detail was very good and had a decent weight to it, so overall a very lovely feel - more so than the gold-plated medal.
