Money sent to wrong address
Your invoice enclosed with currency correectly stated my address to be 5 Ballacriy Park.
Envelope was addressed to 1 Ballacriy Park.
Sloppy attention to detail that could have been a disaster

Item arrived within the quoted time frame, well packed and undamaged.
Item was delivered by courier to the Isle of Man for less than £10 premium on the UK Mainland delivery. Many retailers charge between £20 and £40 for this service, some even charge more than £20 premium for Parcel Force deliveries which cost exactly the same as UK internal postage. I don't deal with such retailers.
The item, which could have suffered in transit, being glass, was excellently packed and arrived without any trauma within the time quoted by the retailer and the carrier's web site was frequently updated in response to every movement of the package through its system..
The transaction was thoroughly acceptable in all respects. Thank you KAC.
