I ordered a saddle, gloves and much up wipes. The original order cane quickly but I received the wrong saddle. Living in Canada it is a bit of an inconvenience to ship things back overseas but these things happen. I had to pay out of my pocket for shipping but was reimbursed once the incorrect saddle arrived. They quickly shipped the proper item to me and it arrived within a week. I was generally happy with the communication but expected maybe a gift certificate offered for the mix up or something no matter how small.
