Cheated out of cashback

I was pleased to find your website and happily placed an order for contact lenses and fluid. I received my order in good time and was pleased with my decision to use you. At first!
Sadly, even though I came to you through the Top Cashback website, when it came to receiving a cashback payment, you refused to confirm my purchase with them and I did not receive the cashback I deserved. It is for this reason that I cannot see myself making another purchase from you anytime soon. I really felt let down by you and a little bit cheated.

Hi Michael, Thank you so much for taking the time to review us. We only pay our affiliates if authorised coupon codes are used. Both Quidco and TopCashBack are very aware of this yet they still advertise unauthorised codes which result in the upset of new customers like yourself. The code you used was a unique code for Essential Magazine and because of the code used, we didn't pay out to TopCashBack and they didn't pay you. You can ague that point with them as both websites state they pay out as long as codes advertised on their site are used. If you can prove the code was advertised on their site you will have a case. The problem is with them unfortunately and we are really sorry for the upset it has caused you. Kind regards Lindsey Robins
