I booked a one way crossing , then less than twenty four hours later, I had need to ring and speak to someone in order to change my booking. The female representative dealt with my request efficiently and quickly, I was very happy with the outcome, my one tiny gripe may turn out to be,,, that if I change bikes in the next two months, there will a charge for admin, my feeling is that , I assume its simply a keyboard task to change a registration number on your system and a charge seems over the top, everyone pays up front for their booking, surely small admin changes can be absorbed ?
