Easy to use website

Order arrived on day requested Good quality. Need to do better in answering phone at Customer Services. Gave up after 30 minutes.

Sorry to hear about the 30 mins you spent try to get through. Sometimes the telephone lines are hectic depending on the time of the day you ring. You can leave a answer machine message at any time so we could have called you back. I will pass these comments onto the managers to make them aware of the situation.
