Item purchased as "in stock" when ordered had still not been received by Simply Baby a week later. Needless to say we did not receive the item in the 7-10 days stated on their website.
Only after an order is placed you learn that it becomes the responsibility of a third-party courier to provide your tracking number which seems odd as every other online retailer manages to provide this to their customers on behalf of the courier service they employ.
In our instance no such tracking was received.
I would definitely order elsewhere in the future even if Simply Baby seemed to be the cheapest and stated an item was available quickly...
