My worst internet purchase ever!

On November 24, 2012, I ordered and immediately paid for six dining chairs. According to the company; it was to be delivered in this week. When I logged in to my account on Infurns homepage I found out that delivery is changed to next week. I have not recieved any notice from the company about any delay. I have tried to contact the customer service but Infurn refuse to answer my e-mail. I have paid over EUR 500 and I'm 100 % certain that I never will see the chairs that I ordered and paid for.

I have tried to contact you this morning to discuss your order.

The standard delivery time as shown on the website is 10 - 18 weeks for furniture.
At present your order is week 13, and within the time frame and is also scheduled to be delivered within the 18 week period.

We have received one email from you 2 days ago and this will be responded to shortly.

Please be assured that your goods are not late and will be arriving.
