I "bought" (read: paid for and never received) a monitor from these circus clowns and had to pay extra for the delivery, OK methinks. Three weeks later, when I was told it would arrive in 10-12 days, the order status has yet to update from 'awaiting shipment'. I have contacted them thrice without a single acknowledgement and another time on twitter, but again, they play the Lord Lucan. They appear to bury their heads in the sand whenever an actual concern raises above the parapet likely hoping the problem goes away. Well, I've cancelled my order and taken my custom elsewhere; and I suggest you all do the same! I doubt they'll acknowledge this cancellation, mind and I'll be out of pocket for returning the monitor to end this drawn-out nightmare. Horrid customer service from an awful company. I hope they go the way of HMV, Woolworths, Blockbuster, et al, sooner rather then later.
