have been waiting in all day on my day off for a bed i was told the driver had to change the route owing to an accident and that it would be delivered by 18.00 this is tuesday 20/ 02 /2013 by 18.15 not arrived so went back to the tracking it said that it was carded which meant we had recieved a card NO all lies we have been in and nothing the next minute it was showing gone back to depot no phone call to me no text nothing not only that tonight i am SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR THANKS FOR THAT???? i am back to work tomorrow can't take phone on the ward so thats another day . HELP

Lindsey, could i ask that you email with the consignment number and the above details, also can you put any contact phone number that can be used to ensure your bed gets to you asap, im really sorry about this, not sure why it said carded, but questions will be asked whilst trying to sort it for you.
