Great sales service, returns are slow and frustrating!

I am really happy with the sales service and customer service it is sensational. The delivery is quick and reliable however the return process is not. It is slow and antiquated. I returned two items from Australia three weeks ago and am still waiting for them to be delivered back to the UK office. They reached the Australian depot then sit there until there are enough items to send a full consignment. It should be that if it is received by a Wiggle department it is returned. Very frustrating and it will make me reconsider purchases in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to write your review Laura. I appreciated your understanding of the returns process and apologise for the delays you have experienced. The current Australian local returns address is used to avoid the expensive international postage charges and will usually take around 20 days from the time it leaves you. If there is ever a hurry for a return to be processed with your future Wiggle orders, please send straight back to us and we will have them processed for you without delay - this may however cost a little more. The good news is that the consignment your return order was on has now arrived with us and will be processed without delay. I hope this helps and I am very glad to hear that you are otherwise happy with the service offered by us.
