Wow - what can I say. I had a set of business cards and a set of mini cards printed, and thought they had printed a little darker than expected, as I had not used the 'enhance image' feature. As this was my first MOO order, the customer service team contacted me to ask for feedback. I mentioned the darker than expected printing. Less than 24 hours later I received an email saying they were going to reprint both sets of cards for me. These were shipped to me (I live in Barbados) within record time (and no additional charges).
I feel like MOO have gone above and beyond what was expected, and not only valued my feedback, but went the extra mile to rectify the situation.
Well done MOO!
