I initally found this site through a basic google search for the product i was looking for couldn't believe the price. so jumped straight in and made a transaction.

when i found out that i had made a mistake i made contact with the company requestiong a change of product. the customer service rep done some investigating and phoned me back with a more suited product for my needs it was an upgrade from the one that i originally bought but the upgrage price was more that reasonable, which also came with a free gift.
