I ordered a protein and creatin from cheap-supplements. I got confirmation email from them, they charged my card, I got email and text msg from DPD they are going to deliver it on the 4th of Dec. I did not get it. I contacted cheap-supplements to fix the problem because I paid for their service. I got an email with delivery info and DPD contact details and they said Contact to DPD. I was upset because why I should contact DPD. I am the customer not who's sitting behind the phone and the computer... So I had to contact DPD. They sent me back to cheap-supplements and write me to tell cheap-supplements they have to contact DPD not me. Top of this I wrote to cheap supplements other 3 emails and I did not get any answer. I want them to refund my money for te undilivered order because I still not get it. They don't contact and they keep the money. Now I don't know what's going on woth my order but I'm sure I will not order anything from cheap-supplements any more.
