Very poor after sales service.

Placed order on 29 Jan 2013, paid full cost and still no response for delivery date. Spoken with waltons direct and on both occasions told I would revive a delivery date on that day, still no date for delivery given.
Our company have revived orders for 19 additional orders for this product which is £1600 per item,needless to say we will most defiantly not be giving the order to this company.
I hope this review is passed on to someone at the top of the company.
Just had delivery of my item today 28/02/13
And after 4 weeks waiting have been left with 6 complete elements out of the 15 elements missing and now unable to confirm a delivery date of the missing items!
Now waiting for them to collect their order from me and will re order elsewhere.
I only hope some one in Managment gets to read these reviews!
