I can see that your review was reported for missing proof of purchase.
When a review is reported for missing proof of purchase, we always write to the user and ask them to provide us with documentation to verify their review. This could for example be a screenshot of an order confirmation email from the company, or a screenshot of a user logged in to their online account with the company. Other forms of documentation may be accepted, and we would always ask the user to send us what they have.

In your case, as we have not heard back from you within the 7 days period, we have removed the review. If you can provide documentation that you bought something from the company, we will of course reopen the investigation and restore your review.

I understand that this is a hassle, but it's the best way we can ensure that reviews are written by real customers. So I hope you can help us and other consumers by providing a proof of purchase.
