Got an order coming today check the status to find that its been offloaded off the van cos its too large its only a warpet washer size of a normal upright hover so i call there customer services they take my name and post code as i dont have a tracking number to hand and ask me to confirm my address and she tells me that does not match what they have for me on the system im like well i know were i live and recheck it and yet again im wrong i mean wtf i know were i like yodel
