great customer service

I received my original order very quickly. I then had to return to change the size. My order was received and exchanged the same day and i received emails all the way notifying me how things were going. Then i got my exchange in the post the day after.....so from start to finish i had my new item in 24 hours of it being received back at HQ !!! Incredible !! Would normally expect Royal Mail in the UK to be a lot slower.....thankfully they took a leaf out of your book!
