Products Great Charged Twice No refund!

I ordered some goods, had them
Delivered which I was happy with until I saw it had been taken out of my account twice. Was on the phone to Menkind requesting a refund it took 5 minutes before they even agreed.. Asked for a confirmation email.. No email came through so I had to ring back up.. It's been a week now and still no refund in my account! Emailed Menkind and had no reply!

We're sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your shopping experience with Menkind.

Customer services has advised that you hadn't been charged twice, but that two separate orders came through - one paid via Paypal (order no. MK356293, placed 9th February) and the other via Credit card (MK356313, order placed 10th February). As both orders came through successfully on our system, both were sent via a trackable service and delivered - one signed for and one "left Safe" which appears to have not been received. Based on this, a refund has been processed and customer services has notified you.

Because of this discrepancy, you can probably appreciate we needed to look into this further before a refund could be processed. Our system cannot take payment twice on a single order nor can it process an order if a payment has failed.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.
