Avoid like the plague
Ordered a bathroom suite, which evenrtually turned up, only to discover that one of the items was cracked. C.S staff said that as we hadnt inspected and reported it within 7 days, they wouldnt replace it. I did try to explain that all the items were in storage until the builders required them, but they didnt want to listern.
I wouldnt ever use them again.

I am sorry to hear of the issue with your cracked pedestal. We have looked into your order and the order was received by yourself in September 2012 and have only reported the issue to us today Febuary 20th 2013. As I am sure you can appreciate over 5 months have passed since you received your order and you signed for them at the time in perfect condition.
