Expensive returns

Purchased a product in the wrong size, rang to change and was advised that it would cost £9.95 to deliver replacement goods but also would need to pay for a courier to return the incorrect items back to the supplier. It was two large rolls of bubble wrap which would have cost a small fortune to return - cheaper to keep them and learn from the lesson.

Most companies deliver the revised goods and collect the incorrect items at the same time!

Hello Natalie,
For returns on stocked products we do accept returns within 30 days. If the goods are faulty, we have sent incorrect items or where a substitute item proves unsuitable we will cover the cost of the return; in other cases we ask the customer to return the goods at their cost.
Rajapack use a third party carrier for deliveries and at this time we cannot pick up returned goods at the same time as delivering replacement goods. As the replacement order is a separate order we do charge for delivery as appropriate for the particular order.
