still waiting for my delivery, I was happy to wait

I ordered a new sleeping bag, its so new it isn't in stock yet

Hi Mr Legg,

Apologies for the error, a technical fault meant a new 2013 sleeping bag was in stock by mistake when in fact it was not due for another week. We have received our delivery from Outwell today and I can confirm that the sleeping bag has just this minute been picked by our warehouse for dispatch today to you.

Once again apologies for the delay, the bag will be with you in the next couple of days.
