Having orderd some Liberon paints and expressed the urgent need of the delivery, I was informed that it was up to the warehouse to choose the delivery options, ie, Carrier or Royal Mail.
Had it been done by carrier I think it would have arrived much sooner, as did the same product from another company, but it took much longer by Royal Mail and caused great inconvenience.
I offered to pay more if necessary for a quicker delivery but was told this was not an option. I will not use you again or recommend you,

We use various methods and carriers to do this. In the case of this order it did not fill the criteria to go by carrier so was sent by Royal Mail and the appropriate P&P charge was levied. This was advised at the time of the order being placed.
You are correct in that we currently do not offer a Carrier upgrade facility but it is being made available in the near future.
I am sorry that you feel unable to use us again but do not feel that you were misled as we advised you at the time of order that you may not receive the goods in your required time frame and that we could not offer you the service upgrade you required.
