Great products and product range but poor delivery service.

Good product range and delighted with products once they arrived. Delivery service was really poor - no communication and far over agreed SLA, therefore unlikely to re-order.

Unfortunately, there were some delays with the delivery of your order due to adverse weather conditions in the area. Following this, there were a number of unsuccessful attempts to deliver.

Our courier usually delivers within 48 hours of despatch for UK deliveries. The initial delivery attempt was within our stated delivery times, but this was unsuccessful as a signature could not be obtained.

We apologise for the delay in getting your order to you.
