Do not believe these reviews!

I have been waiting for my passport and decided to read a review about DX... You have NO idea how SCARED I got!!!! I called the company immediately and as my red number was not recognized I was transferred to a customer service person immediately! I cannot say that she was extremely nice but she was OK and told me until they receive my passport from the embassy my ref number will not work. It scared me after reading all these reviews but this morning my ref number worked and I should be expecting my passport today. I got my passport 30 minutes ago - no problem whatsoever. So people do not believe bad reviews! They are either competitor's reviews or just accidents that happen with every company.
