I decided to do the Xante diet for just 1 week as a "detox", the shakes and soups are delicious and very easy to prepare, however i did'nt like the Xante bars, i think it was mainly the texture,,,,,,and i was unable to eat the chocolate/orange ones as chocolate gives me migraines, all that aside tho, i was delighted to discover that i had lost 9lbs at the end of the week, happy days. i will consider doing a whole month in the future when i can afford it, and look forwards to more spectacular results. :-)
