Awful service. No flowers no refund

Would give 0 stars but thats not an option.. Notified the day after the flowers were due to be delivered that they couldnt deliver them. Spent 20 mins on hold to try and get a refund. Told 3-5 days for refund. Still wating. Would definately not use again
