Absolutely outstanding customer service

I had an issue with my shower seat being damaged when I recieved it. Hudson Reed is aware of some issues with their shipping process. They were truly concerned that I had recieved the seat damaged and took care of the issue immediately. I think this is a great company and very customer satisfaction oriented. Should I or someone I know need a similar item in the future, I will surely recommend Hudson Reed as their source. I could not be happier. Thanks Hudson Reed.
