Alpharooms

Normally very good... but very bad that you cannot use Alpharooms when you are in Asia???

I allways use Alpharooms and have never experienced any problems. And the hotelprices are very often a little bit cheaper than many other hotel-sites.

But in Thailand I got problems because I could not use Alpharooms??? Got the message that I was not authorized to use the page.

And when clicking on the page I could see my 3 last bookings and payings via the Alpharooms site?????

And reaching you by phone is just giving you a lot of trouble and perhaps you would even not get through to their phone.

And I could not have a reasonable explanation concerning the issue! ( not able to use A-rooms when in Thailand?)
