If I could give less than one star...
The service is AWFUL.
This is how they arrange a delivery... they call you and give you a day between Monday and Friday as your date
Can you chose your own day Mon-Fri? No
Can they give you a time slot? No
Can they deliver Saturday - Sure but for a fee.. £97!!!!!!!
Only buy from here if you don't have a Monday to Friday job or you intend to take a whole day of holiday to wait for them at home.

I ordered lights for my whole house - over 20 in 4 different orders. These guys were brilliant. the whole team went out of their way to process my order in time for a next day delivery.
When the courier company misplaced a parcel, the customer service team at Online lighting tracked it down, kept me updated and delivered it within days.
I would recommend Online Lighting to anyone.

Delivery service is AWFUL
we have 3 (not steep) stairs in our drive. Their delivery guys on seeing these steps decided the best thing to do was to leave my delivery out on the street. Read the fine print. Better bathrooms agree with this delivery method......
