great service once you get through!

I have purchased twice from this company in the past 12 months and found the service excellent. There is one small prolem that I encountered the second time around and it was getting through to speak with someone. They must be very busy since it took an age. The plus point is that once contact is made the service is excellent, the goods top quality and delivered speedily. I was kept up to date re my order once it was placed.
Have recommended to several friends in Jersey since they also deduct the VAT from the advertised price.
