Fantastic customer service
I was phoned within minutes of ordering to check if it was ok for my delivery to be the following week and to notify me that the child seat was a newer version of the one I ordered. I was phoned again to tell me that the seat had been dispatched. You get used to satisfactory customer service and it really stands out when a few companies excel at it.
