I bought a Nexus 7 as a gift for my brother birthday from god damn VERY for £179 ! Guess what ? The Nexus 7 was faulty and it was not turning on ! The birthday gift rather than making me happy, made me embarrassed ! The funny story is when I called Very, they told me that you have to contact the supplier which is ASUS ! I said I bought the item from your company, not Asus ! Again O2 charged me for calling 0845, and I talked with Asus technicians. They told me you need to send the itelm to us via TNT Post ! I sent an email to Very to say that who the hell should pay for these extra costs ? Why you did not test the item before selling it to your customers? I made a review over their item , and they deleted it ! Still I am waiting for the replacement from Asus, and very accepts no responsibility ! You are not alone mate, we all experienced the same shit !
