I ordered flowers from iflorist, and selected an arrival date a week in advance.
The flowers did not arrive on that day - a birthday. Since I was paying a premium for the service of delivering flowers on a specific date - the value of th flowers being much less than the price I paid - I complained.
Iflorist responded quite promptly, saying that it was an administrative error on their part, and offered me £5 off my next purchase as compensation. I replied to say that I was not intending to use their service again, as it had been unsatisfactory, and requested a refund on the price I had paid, as they had not fulfilled their end of the contract.
I did not recieve any response, and have resent the email 5 times in the last 3 weeks, with no reply.
