Spoke to adviser at Bedworld; very helpful. Proceeded to order bed and mattress on 9th May and payment made that day. Received confirmation of delivery for 24th May - which was the selected date. 24th May - no delivery arrrived. I telephoned to query this twice during the day - once left voicemail message (call not returned) and second time spoke to customer service representative who advised unless told otherwise it would definitely arrive up to 7.30 p.m. that evening. By 8.30 it was clear this was not going to arrive. Had house guests for Bank Holiday weekend so quite inconvenient. No contact from Bedworld so I have requested full refund.
