I placed the order almost a month ago and with most Internet based orders I leave the supplier to source the product and have it delivered to me by the estimated delivery date. After a few days of placing my order I was informed that the delivery date would slip to a few more weeks; whilst not a major issue it was a slight inconvenience.
The major occurred as the estimated delivery date came and went, I left it a few days thinking that it may still be in process. After waiting over a week and still no sight of the product I called up customer service who said that due to stocking issues that they've not been able to ship the item yet. After being promised to receive and email outlining the problem I had no such thing.
The following day I called again to be told that I would receive an email; another day came and gone and still nothing or word of the products status. The day afterwards I called up and spoke to someone named "Chris" who informed me that he would call me back regardless by the end of the day, I waited till 16:45 with no such call. So again I phoned up to be promised that I would have an email before 17:00, waited around until 17:15 where again, no email. Phoned them up again to say that they've still not got the item in stock, at this point I had enough and cancelled my order.
To summarise, order placed almost a month ago with no email communication after multiple promises by team members requiring me to phone up daily to get an order update. Would not recommend.
