Unfortunately we do have to wait for the merchant to pass on the funds to the affiliate network, who then pass this on to us so that we can award our members. As you can imagine some merchants pass the payment on faster than others, meaning that the cash back is paid to our members faster.

Please do be assured that as soon as we receive the payment then the cash back does progress in members accounts.

If you have not yet received your cash back then please get back to us with your username and we will ensure that it is tracking as expected.
