Good customer service

So I ordered tickets for a 1D concert for myself and a friend, taking place in London. Since we're from Norway we had to leave couple of days in advance. Because of the holidays, the tickets did not arrive to us in time, upon knowing this, Viagogo made sure of getting new tickets sent to our hotel instead, which arrived even 1 day before we did. It was the same section, same row, great seats. They did a perfect job.

We have been in contact with UPS already and they may be able to deliver before you are due to travel to London. If you do not get them in time then our guarantee still stands so we will do our utmost to get the tickets to you in time for the event to your hotel address.
