So I ordered tickets for a 1D concert for myself and a friend, taking place in London. Since we're from Norway we had to leave couple of days in advance. Because of the holidays, the tickets did not arrive to us in time, upon knowing this, Viagogo made sure of getting new tickets sent to our hotel instead, which arrived even 1 day before we did.
