UK Sport Imports

Full of praise but let down by delivery.

My order to UK Sports was easy and customer service were brilliant. The only problem came when I'd to stay indoors for two and a half days as the delivery company didn't arrive on the Wed when they said - never even phoned to let me know. I had to phone on the Thurs morning and was told their van had slid into a ditch on Wed but they would be delivering on Thurs pm. Thurs pm came and went without a phone call. I had to phone again on Frid to see what was going on and was told the delivery would be with me Frid am. Good job it did cos I was our at 2pm Frid and not back till late at night. My view of UK Sports has been spoiled by the delivery - will they/won't they situation. I appreciate it was frosty but a phone call would have been good. I'd still recommend UK Sports to friends though.
