I have read some of the reviews on here, I wouldn't normally complete a review such as this however, I think it's only fair ....if only to provide some balance.
I had a missed delivery from yodel on Saturday, mainly due to the company sending the parcels saying they don't deliver on Saturdays. Yodel left a delivery card explaining I could go online to reschedule or collect from their delivery centre. It was a simple process of telling them I would collect on Monday ....and that's exactly what I did, the delivery centre were open before the stated time and my parcels were waiting for me as arranged.
I guess its much easier to complain than to compliment good or even acceptable service these days.
