not what it says on the tin!

I asked for my friend's referral to be credited......it wasn't. 3 purchases were ignored........my complaints went unanswered; now stopped using it.

I am sorry that your referral and cash back hasn't tracked to your account. It may be that your friend has not yet earned the £10.00 cash back threshold yet, which is why your referral bonus has not appeared.
