I bought the Laney cub12R for hubby-and when I went to place my order-elsewhere-it wasn't in stock!!!!! So having looked around, I called Rich Tone Music-first thing in the morning! Where I spoke to a really helpful customer assistant-who,having placed my order and paid,had it sent out the same day...and delivered the next! Super service, very helpful and friendly-and lets face it...had the item in stock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Would come back again in future, and hubby loves his amp :0)
