I bought a deal from Groupon for a canvas. I had a quick look on the internet for PrinterPix reviews as I hadn't used them before. I saw quite a few reviews advising people to steer clear but thought as it was a Groupon voucher I'd give them a go. Worst mistake ever. My order came (eventually). It had a big dirty black mark on the background of the photo on the canvas and as the background was white it was an eyesore. I emailed PrinterPix again and again and again and again and....I lost count of how many times and had no response whatsoever. I eventually had to contact Groupon who said they contacted PrinterPix and would get them to contact me. It didn't happen. Groupon asked them again. They contacted me and when I emailed them back they ignored me. It went on like this for a few weeks until eventually I opened a PayPal dispute (sooo glad I paid through PayPal). Long story short Groupon eventually gave in and refunded my money for the initial deal. I am still £10 down though because I had to pay PrinterPix extra for delivery and also I paid for a hanging hook (which I never received).
A week after i got my refund Printerpix sent me an email apologising for the delay in the production of my canvas and they would ship it out to me asap. What!? I received my order weeks ago and certainly didn't want another one! I emailed them back to point out their error. But again, surprise surprise - no contact.
I cannot stress enough how AWFUL and INCOMPETENT this company is. How they are still trading is beyond me!
