I have shopped with Littlewoods since I was eighteen and have always been impressed until the last few years. I have had parcels go missing and no end of delivery problems with Yodel who they now use. I spend a lot of money with them and they need to pull their socks up or I will shop elsewhere.
Letters to Customer Service get no replies and I am still trying to resolve a lost in transit claim from six months ago despite countless letters and e mails and proof of postage sent.
Very very poor at the moment!
