Furniture is lovely and we are very pleased with it, but the service and time to reach us was not the best. Delivery scheduled and paid for, for Friday delivery, but no sign. Called Victoria Plumb, who told me I had to speak to their delivery service direct. VP were not at all helpful to be honest and left me to sort it all out with THEIR carriers. Eventually received the goods 5 days later than requested, and have not had any follow-up from either Victoria Plumb or their carrier.
